Currently in this area of Peru there are 57 children 25 of which are sponsored. The kids in this program are being ministered to by the team there. Something the team sees as very important to help the kids with is their mental health. A lot of these kids have had difficult upbringings and rough home lives. By sponsoring a child in this area, you are aiding in the effort of teaching these children of the love that God has for them and helping them get past some deep hurts in their lives. We are currently looking for 32 more people or families who would be willing to give the suggested amount of $40 per month which provides school fees. But any amount will get us closer to the goal!
